Las Vegas, NV - After a rain-plagued Saturday in Las Vegas canceled their regularly scheduled match against UNLV, the UC Riverside men's tennis team was finally able to get back on the courts on Sunday morning. Looking to win their fourth straight match, the Highlanders faced off against the No. 75 ranked Rebels, but could not earn the victory as they dropped a close 4-3 contest at the Ferttita Tennis Complex.

Fullerton—Kyle Austin put on an offensive clinic Saturday evening at Cal State Fullerton's Titan Gym pouring in a career-high 35 points as the Highlanders ended a three-game losing streak with a 76-59 win over the Titans. It was the second most points scored by a UCR player in the Division I era. Rickey Porter set that mark when he scored 40 at Pacific on January 7, 2006. (
