UCR's Allison Wilder Takes Aim At An NCAA Indoor Championship

Fayetteville, AR—While her teammates were opening the outdoor track and field season at the Ben Brown Invitational in Fullerton, California on Saturday, March 6, senior triple jumper Allison Wilder headed northward to the University of Washington Final Qualifier Meet. As it turns out, it was time well spent for the Covina, California native as she bettered her school mark with a leap of 13.13m, winning the event and punching her ticket to Fayetteville, Arkansas and the 2010 NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championship.

The UC Riverside softball team continues their 15-game home stand by hosting the Amy S. Harrison Classic on Friday-Sunday Mar. 12-14 at Amy S. Harrison Field in Riverside. Gates open one hour prior to the first game, and all fans must park in Lot 26 on Friday, and in Lot 24 on Saturday and Sunday.
