Riverside— Louisville Slugger named UC Riverside relief pitcher Mitch Patito to the 2010 Louisville Slugger Freshman All-America Team last week. The Mira Loma, CA native appeared in 21 games for the Highlanders in 2010 striking out 27 batters in 27.0 innings while posting a 1.33 ERA. He was a perfect 3-0 on the season and recorded three saves after moving into the closers role midway through the year.
