Hall Named Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport Of The Month

Riverside—Anheuser-Busch has teamed up with the UC Riverside Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and chosen men's cross country runner Chad Hall as the November recipient of the "Budweiser Responsibility Matters Good Sport of the Month." Hall won the 2011 Big West Cross Country Championship on October 29, becomming the first Highlanders runner to do so. He also earned All-Big West Conference honors for his performance.
The Big Bear, CA native won the Bronco Invitational on October 15, and came in third place with a career-best 8k time of 23:18.91 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational on October 1. Hall was named Big West Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week after both meets.
The UC Riverside cross country teams now prepare for the NCAA West Regional on Saturday, November 12 in Palo Alto, CA.
