The Highlanders fall to 0-3 in league play and 4-12 overall, while the Aggies improve to 2-1 in conference and 7-9 on the season (box score).
UCR's Simone DeCoud nailed a three-pointer at the buzzer to end the first period, sending the teams' into the locker room tied at 42. UC Davis had been up by as many as 11 points midway through the first half, but the Highlanders whittled down the lead and tied it entering the break.
