
Men's Golf Five Shots Off Lead After First Two Rounds Of OGIO UCSB Intercollegiate

Santa Barbara, CA - The UC Riverside Men's Golf Team is just five shots off the lead Monday at the OGIO UC Santa Barbara Intercollegiate, firing a two-round score of 584 with one round remaining. Complete Results.
Host UCSB leads the field at 579 followed by Sacramento State (582), Air Force (583) and Long Beach State (583). The Highlanders are six strokes ahead of sixth-place Utah State, and 12 in front of 10th place Fresno State.
David Gazzolo is tied for third overall to lead UCR, firing rounds of 73-69 for a 142 total, while Sam Gillis is one shot back at 142 to tie for fifth with 70-73.
Brandon Tsujimoto shot 74-72 (146) to tie for 14th place while Pachara Sakulyong is in 45th with a 153 (74-79), and Leven Simon Seay shot 78-80 (158) to tie for 58th.
Playing as an individual, Ryan Smith is in 65th place with scores of 78-83 (161).
Utah's Casey Halliday leads the field with a four-under-par 140 total, only two shots ahead of Gazzolo, and three up on Gillis.
