Industry Hills, CA—The UC Riverside Women's Golf Team shot a 302 third-round score Tuesday morning to conclude the Folino Invitational in third place out of 12 teams with a 917 total score at Industry Hills Golf Club.
The Highlanders finished four shots back of Cal State Fullerton (913), and 15 back of the winner, Gonzaga (902).
Savannah Vilaubi (79-70-78) and Brittani Ferraro (75-79-73) tied for seventh individually with identical 227 totals to lead UC Riverside.
Amelia Ek tied for 14th with scores of 85-71-75 (231) while Christy Fogerty tied for 28th with a 237 (82-79-76). Hannah Lee finished 59th with a 254 (80-85-89) while Tiffany Koyano, playing as an individual, placed 69th with a 268 (100-80-88).
Gonzaga's Raychelle Santos won the individual field with a 218 total, one stroke ahead of Portland State's Aram Choi.
The Highlanders have less than a week off before returning to the links on February 25-26 at the UC Irvine Invitational.
